How to Beat Bangers in Pickleball

Playing against bangers can feel overwhelming. Every ball comes back hard, every rally feels rushed, and before you know it, you're swinging harder too.

The good news? You don't have to out-hit a banger. You just need to take away what they want.

The first adjustment starts with your stance. Get low and widen your base. A lower athletic position keeps you balanced and gives you a stronger platform to block or counter hard shots. If you're standing tall, fast balls will constantly push you off balance.
