All subscription payments on Pickleball Playbook are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Refunds, when approved, are issued back through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
We offer refunds within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with your membership. After 14 days, purchases are generally non-refundable, including renewal charges.
Refunds are evaluated case by case. Reasons such as accidental duplicate purchases, technical issues preventing access to content, or billing errors are typically approved.
To request a refund, email us at pickleballplaybook2026@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2-3 business days.
You can also manage or request to cancel your subscription directly from your account dashboard to prevent future renewal charges.
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges. If you'd like a refund for a recent charge, please contact us using the steps above.
Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
