How to Hit a Lob in Pickleball
A lob is when you lift the ball high over your opponent's head from the kitchen line, pushing them back off the net and flipping the advantage in your favor.
There are two types. An offensive lob happens when all four players are at the kitchen line. A defensive lob happens from the transition zone or baseline when you are in trouble and need time to recover. Two completely different situations and two completely different purposes.
